Hot Fudge Sauce

1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 1-oz squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter (no substitutes)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, chocolate, and butter. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Let sit until thickened a bit. Pour over ice cream!
