Tender & Tasty Pork Chops

5 PORK CHOPS
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1/4 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
GARLIC
6 MED POTATOES, CUT INTO SLICES
1/2 CUP APPLESAUCE
1 TSP DRIED THYME
1/3 CUP DIJON MUSTARD
1/2 TSP PEPPER

BROWN PORK CHOPS ON BOTH SIDES. COMBINE SOUP, CHICKEN BROTH, GARLIC, THYME, MUSTARD, APPLESAUCE AND PEPPER. ADD POTATOES AND ONION?. STIR. PLACE IN SLOWCOOKER AND ADD PORK CHOPS ON TOP. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 7-8 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 3 1/2 - 4 HOURS.

not sure where this recipe came from, but it's yummy! Also - the directions call for onion, but there is no onion in the ingredient list... I changed the recipe a bit - using 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1 cup chunky applesauce, and regular mustard.
